AD's natural talent is undeniable, but he himself has given a lot of credit to Carlos Daniel (strength and conditioning coach) and Kevin Hanson (bigs coach). Would AD end up at the same place on most teams? Probably, but good coaching can get him there sooner. Monty also got to see Duncan and Aldridge develop, that experience certainly didn't hurt in knowing how to guide his development.
