With Jrue only playing 15 mins and Reke out this is Gordon time to shine. He will be the main ball handler and take back his position as the Cornerstone of this team.

"I feel pretty good"

"We're gonna be pretty good"

"My knee is doing pretty good"

Coming off of last season I'm sure he's up for it and ready to ball

What kind of value does his expiring contract have? Can someone shed some light on this. I thought I've heard expirings can be considered very valuable. Is he someone we definitely should look to trade or is he a candidate to be resigned?

huge expirings like his contract will not be worth much if anything this season, because everyone will have cap space. typically a team would trade for his contract just to clear space but that's not necessary this year

so if you trade for or re-sign eric Gordon it's because you want the player not the paper

Contract year. Damn straight he's going to ball. Hell, he might even play if he's not 100%.

Needs to increase his 3p attempts. Also, going to need some ball handling out of him. Love that it's a contract year for him and Ryno. Fingers crossed...

I've said on this board that he should be a top 10 sg this year. No reason why he can't get his numbers with all the injuries to start the year.
