I don't know why the Pacers would do it. They lose their brightest up-and-comer and gain Elton Brand and a ton of money.

aren't they trying to get rid of one of their 2 SF? Maybe sub in Granger instead of George and add some 76ers Draft picks. And do they currently have a legit PF? Seems like a need for them

Pacers aren't dealing George to take on that contract. They don't even wanna pay DWest 10 mill a year.

Something like this could be fun:

Hornets getting the Minny 1st too.

not sure why the raptors would do this, but dell demps made bryan colangelo his b1tch last offseason, so it might not hurt to call him up a second time around.

3 Team trade involving Clippers and without Eric Gordon
Add Minnys pick to this.
I know, NEGNC. But I've given up hope at us getting a upcoming superstar.

We get an expiring, and 3 young players. It isn't great but this is the kind of value I see us getting

I don't want to touch Eric Bledsoe with his injury, no matter how insignificant it is. You never know if it can spiral down into something worse.

Yea I see what you mean. I just needed to add a PG and I didn't want Mo Williams. Bledsoe has a cheap salary so it's pretty low risk in my opinion

that would be awesome but the 76ers GM would be fired on the spot if he did that trade

Hornets/Hawks..

LINK

Add in a few draft picks from the Hawks and it might work. We go hard after Nick Young (or JR Smith as a last resort) and it's not a horrible team..

Jack/Teague
Young/Belli
Williams/Q-Pon
Smith/FA (don't want Landry)
Oak/Anderson

A new version of the Hawks/Hornets (since Paul is sticking around for a bit)..

LINK

If we can make a couple of other pick-ups, we can make some more noise. If we can pick up Jefferson or Okur from Utah (they are looking to dump one or both/future first-lottery protected), Fernandez and Brewer from Dallas (also being dumped), resign Jason Smith, pick up a backup PF like McRoberts and we are great..

Paul/Teague
Fernandez/Hinrich
Ariza/Brewer
Smith/McRoberts
Jefferson or Okur/J. Smith

Strong playoff team then and in good shape if Paul does leave..
