I know it's Bleacher Report, but this is a heartbreaking article. I wish this young man was still on this team. He had so much potential. It's sad that he passed at such a young age in such terrible circumstances.

a kid in his early 20's made a stupid drunken decision that cost him his life. no reason to be a shithead about it.

ahh.. guns are bad... apartment owner should have restrained... bdj was just a good ole baw coming in by mistake piece.

Its a sad story, but it seems like the dude made plenty of dumb decisions.

he broke through 2 doors, with the mindset that his girlfriend was behind them... who knows what happens if hes in the right apartment.

I thought the same thing but they go on to say the parents were never given the police report and the shooter was never charged so I guess you could argue they have no idea what happened that night.

or if the guy doesn't shoot and BDJ sees a dude in what he thinks is his GF apartment, that could have gotten really ugly too.

He had anger issues. Chances are he was bound to kill someone in a drunken rage one day.
