Can someone explain this to me. I do not get the theory behind this at all. Been driving me nuts all year.

Asik sucks so bad on offense. It's seriously pathetic

I just don't get it. Why have him come out there for the handoff on every play. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Wouldn't you want your big with range doing that?

I wonder this myself. I'm at the point where I don't want Asik touching the ball on offense unless he's grabbing a rebound.

It makes sense with AD. It makes zero sense with Ryno.

I'm sure the theory is some kind of spacing thing, but I really can't figure it out.

Wouldn't it be better to have a mobile guy out there that can hit a 15 footer? Have him choose to hand it off or keep? Makes no sense.

To me it's definitely a spacing thing. There's no reason to run through Asik with our entire team standing around on the perimeter. Davis normally operates around 10 feet in this situation and commands the attention of 1+spy. Opens up back door cuts and more movement.

Am I too late to get on the anti-Asik bandwagon? Or is there still room?

Also if you notice, when he gets the ball, the defender sags about 6 feet off of him.
