What are we now in games decided by 3 points or less? 1-5? You'd think that would even out a bit.

We're bad, but we can definitely be competitive against solid teams. Plus, we've had the hardest schedule in the league thus far.

Sadly, I'm sort of rooting for the same thing I was last year. Play a very competitive game, have the young players progress, and lose each game by 1.

the Hornets are going to be a lottery team. it's a question of where. there are no players in the draft that really stand out, at least as of now, that the Hornets should be tanking for. i'd rather them win some of those close games. with EG, I think they can get up to .500 in those close games.

I can deal with that. I can understand why you should always pull for wins, and I do enjoy seeing our team win. I was upset for all of them last night.

That being said, I realize that we're not winning anything this year, so thinking long term is probably best for the franchise. So I don't see it being that terrible to hope they play well, progress as individuals and as a team, and lose close games.

This is not some super draft class. Next year's class is allegedly amazing, but I feel like we say this year's draft sucks every year.

Shabazz would look pretty awesome as a Pelican though.

other than march madness or if lsu is doing really well i don't follow college basketball really at all. is there any players at this point worth taking in the 5-10 pick range or would trading the pick be the best move? i know the season is still young and players could emerge but lets just say as of now.

Shabazz seems to be slipping into that 5-10 range.
