He came in shortly in the 4th and did not belong And cost us 9 points in less that 2 mintues single handedly.

I think he's earned an extension at this point. Give him a few more years and see what he can do.

This team should get one more year as is, Monty included. Believe it or not, we are a pretty good team currently, and I'd like to see what we can do with Jrue on board.

I've been pretty critical of Demps at times. That said, the guy has earned at least another year. His mid-season moves made up for free agency.

I agree. This team if healthy, should be able to get to 50 wins. They are gelling right now and playing better team ball. If we continue that, stay relatively healthy, and AD gets even better, we've got an MVP and a home playoff series next year.
I've got no problem with 1 more chance for Monty, but we have to improve.
