Pels make playoffs. We win some that surprise us and lose some that disappoint. But it'll be a blast

Nearly halfway into the season, how are everyone's predictions looking?

They're about on target for the 36 Over/Under from the start of the season. The only thing that's changed is that might be good enough for the 8 seed.

You pretty much lied baw

The season sucks, but it is still interesting. We're still competing for an 8 seed and wondering what frickery the front office will pull off.

quote:

- Warriors win title fairly easily.

- Minnesota makes the playoffs. Jazz as well.

- Gordon and Ryno stay relatively healthy. The Rockets have a solid regular season but get exposed early in the playoffs.

- Thunder either end up a low seed or may miss playoffs.

- Kawhi Leonard MVP. Harden runner up.

Pelicans:

- Buddy battles Embiid for RoY. wildcard: Taurean Prince will have a surprise rookie campaign, despite being down the depth chart with the Hawks.

- Davis plays 69 games.

- Q-pon doesn't get back til at least January.

- Pelicans show glimmers of hope but not enough to leave fans and ownership steadfast in sticking with this regime. If the West is relatively healthy we miss the playoffs. If several teams get hit we sneak in and lose in the first round again.

Better then I expected before searching and re-reading them. Some obvious wrong ones like Taurean.
