I was in your class.

Easily the best class I took at LSU. Grimes was a boss.

KARL

Fast paced, uptempo style of play fits this team to a T. Remember his teams in Seattle?

Holiday could be our Payton

AD could be our Kemp

Ryno could be our Detlef/Sam Perkins

Stiemmsa could be our Ervin Johnson

I like it...Karl's teams are fun to watch...would be a big change of direction from Monty's style which this team needs.

New Orleans has ranked No. 29 or No. 30 in pace throughout his tenure. Does that super-slow approach make sense with an Anthony Davis/Jrue Holiday/Eric Gordon/Tyreke Evans/Ryan Anderson core?

How has the Pelicans' pace ranked this season so far?

...where do I find that?

He was in the same class. The most blatant cheater I've ever seen.

Gyno, what's the age difference between you and I?

There was another PG from Shaw that I played against in intramurals at UNO. Gerald something. He was pretty good too.

Melvin Simon is the man he lived across the street from my parents when they first got married. Have a picture of me, him, and Dale Brown when I was like 7 months old. I know csb.

Currently they are 21st with a pace of 94.1 LINK 96.1 is league average. Last season they were 29th with a pace of 88.5. While that is an improvement of 5.5 possessions per game, the league average is currently up 4.1 possessions per game from last year's average of 92. Not sure if the league is playing faster or if it's the offense being ahead of defense in the first week.

interesting. thanks.

I know it's only been three games, but what's the bottom line on that? Is that a significant improvement? OR Do we still suck at being fast-paced? OR both?

That's not the guy I'm thinking of. It's Gerald Williams, I think.

Both. We did go from bottom of the league to below average so that is a significant improvement, but we still play slower than most of the league.

Why does everyone want Karl? Didn't he really underachieve at Denver with a similar type of roster? Not saying keep Monty, jsut wondering why Karl is the hot name on the board.

Mike Malone - spent time in Nola as assistant.

Brian Shaw - give him a shot. Players may rally around him. Hopefully he's as good with x's and o's.
