Alert the presses, a guy that has spent most of the season in the DLeague sucks. All people have said in this thread is that they thought he was worth another 10 day contract, and considering we've now passed the deadline for adding players eligible for the playoffs, I wouldn't be surprised if he got signed for the rest of the year to a Melvin Ely style voidable 2 year deal. He's a body and a contract, it's pretty rare to find late year gems from the DLeague.

It is amazing how players do so well in the D and then it doesn't translate to the NBA. I think Jimmer would have been better off in the d-league to start his career. He could have played more.
That being said... Calling it the "D" League is kind of funny. Not much played there.

Jimmer just needs to get some confidence, he's able to get himself open looks, but he's been terrible this year. If he knocks down those shots like he should we're probably bringing in DLeague SFs like Quincy Miller instead of all these guards. Hopefully Jimmer will get it together on his next team.

I agree. I would only add that he has been terrible from 3. He has been pretty good with everything else. But, alas we didn't bring him in for floaters.
