That was a big win. If we can pull off a win in Cleveland, the next 2 should be easy (Lakers and TWolves) and we'd be riding a 5 game winning streak into Portland.

I like your thinking! I think we get the 7th seed and then who knows what happens in the playoffs. What are yall's thoughts on the kings? For real or not?

Boogie is the best pure center in the league. If they can keep the team from falling apart internally, they may make a run.

That's like saying those Portland teams would've been great had they stayed healthy. What you said is true, but falling apart internally is just what the Kings do.

The Kings can put up some points, but I don't know how their defense is. I can see them making the playoffs though. They can be like the Blazers last year.

Yea unfortunately thanks to advanced stats, and guys like Simmons and certain writers, the Kings were written off. Those advanced metrics can never tell the full story of a basketball game, im sorry.

That having been said, you have Rudy Gay who when healthy is one of the best scorers in the league and a huge matchup nightmare, but because he shoots a lot and has a large contract he doesn't get the recognition he deserves.

Ben McLemore was so young and fresh people had written him off as a bust, and forgot he may be the most athletic player in the NBA.

Collison is still blazingly fast and a good style of PG to compliment the larger frontcourt the Kings have.

Also have guys like Williams, and Stauskas that are young and have are very good at certain things. And they also have maybe three of the best bench players a team can have in Reggie Evans, Carl Landry, and Omri Casspi.

Good solid team, that plays inside out, know its a lot for the Pels board but yea I sorta agree I think they could make a lot of noise, and give teams that play 2 PFs trouble

He didn't get recognition because his FG% was awful.

They will assuredly not be one of those teams.

they'd have to be like 20 games out when Durant and westbrook come back for them to miss the playoffs.

Many are predicting things will get bad enough to require them playing above .700 ball to make the playoffs once they get to full strength. While they are certainly capable of that, that assumes both comeback on the currently predicted schedule and are 100% when they come back. I don't think OKC is out, but their playoff spot is in play where as before the injuries they were a playoff lock.
