Pelicans have sold 10,900 Season Tickets

Just got this email:
Pelicans Fans!
BIG NEWS --- we’re only 100 season tickets away from 11,000 seats filled for the upcoming 2015-16 season!!
To celebrate this huge milestone for our organization (and to get us there a little quicker) we have the following offers going on to push us over the edge and fill the most seats in team history!
1. $199 BALCONY END EXTRA VALUE – add-on season tickets with guaranteed playoff rights for only $4/game!
a. We’ve filled over 250 of these seats and still have some great locations available (most affordable in NBA!)
b. Great option for friends/family, employees/co-workers, donation to local charity, etc.
2. 50% OFF SINGLE SEATS – add-on any single seat in the arena (valid for referrals too) and get the seat for half price!
a. **Single seats are classified as seats that are solo or can also be a seat taken from a set of 3 together; cannot be taken from locations of 2 together or 4+
3. 10% REFERRAL BONUS – for each referral that purchases you receive a $$$ bonus!
a. ANY PACKAGE, ANY PLAN - whatever they spend, you receive 10%
b. For example - they spend $1,000 you get $100; they spend $5,000 you get $500

Are they selling the weekend season ticket packages yet? I can't justify the drive during the week. I am guessing not since they want full season tickets sold first.

for 200 bucks you could easily make it worth your while. If you simply sold the playoff games you could make your money back.
200 bucks for season tickets is an amazing deal. the free beer alone makes it a 0 sum game.

Yes 2 beers per ticket, per game.
I hit Juans by the arena and eat a burrito and drink a couple of 2 dollar tecates and get a beer in the arena. 20 dollars for dinner and 5 beers, can't frick with it.
EDIT: and if you go to a game and don't want the beer, just go collect the band. They do not change the bands. Want 4-6 beers before the game? Take extra bands with you.
