Thers only one ball. AD, Jrue, and Tyreke are capable of scoring with the first team. QPon and Dante fill the defensive/extra possessions role. They both can hit open jumpers. It's when that team gets a rest is when we struggle. Ryan comes in and can't guard anyone, and is not knocking down shots.
Then comes the 4th quarter when most games are won and lost. Our defensive guy (no matter how much he sucks offensively) is needed for stops, and he can't get on the floor bc Monty continues to play Ryan. It's costing us games. Ryan needs to go, bottom line.

this roster is bad really, bench sucks arse and so many flaws.
I know people are 50/50 on EG, but after 15 million next year, I am ready to move on from him.
Thomas Robinson has sucked but showed signs when he gets the minutes of at least rebounding at a high rate. He is athletic and can defend. A hell of a lot cheaper restricted free agent than it will cost for Asik's 10 boards a game. Free up cash to shore the bench up.

It's not the roster near as much as it's the coaching. I actually like what we have. Eg struggled, but has been very good since coming back. He does look for AD often. Qpon and Cunningham are solid additions that hustle and play smart.
Monty is just awful with rotations, knowing when to pull and put in certain guys, and he doesn't speak up. I do like Ryno a lot, he's a valuable player no matter what anyone is saying on here. But when he's struggling you have to recognize that and take him out. This is a good enough roster to win 50 games, it's on coaching.
