I don't think the team will ever take that next step with Monty. Everything should be done to have the absolute best coach they can get to maximize AD's talents.

I think a coaching change needs to be made after this season or soon for that matter. I wish this team would get back to the playoffs. This lineup isn't great but it's no where near bad.

4 players are in the top 30 in per rating of the western conference. The team obviously has talent.
