The Pels honestly need to clean house

Front office, coaching staff, and entire roster

But they won’t.

The roster while not perfect should have been good enough to easily win 50 games. Our star players were healthy enough to have a 50 win season. Our coaching staff handicapped this team with poor coaching.

I'm glad we didn't make moves at the deadline, this disaster highlights how bad of a coach Green really is.

Handicap? This coaching staff basically cut off these players legs and tied their hands behind their back. This team can’t run BASIC CONCEPTS.

If we think we have a good roster that is being hamstrung by coaching, why would we want to clear out the guys who built the roster? What moves would a different front office have done differently? The trade deadline market was shite. I’m slow to jump on the fire coaches bandwagon but I’m at a point where I wouldn’t be disappointed to see Willie gone at this point.

Griffin took Zion and the AD trade war chest, and the biggest move he made was to acquire an aging CJ McCollum.

We have a very flawed roster even when healthy. Griffin screwed up the rebuild and should be canned. No way does griff deserve to make a 4th head coaching decision.

Zion has been hurt every year he has been in the league expect for this one and this roster has shown to be pretty good the fact they was able to establish so many big leads shows it's not a roster problem but a head coaching problem.

And what trades should have Griff use that "war chest" on? Rudy Gobert, Kyrie Irving, James Harden, Kevin Durant. The only one he missed out on was Donovan Mitchell and that one would have been a big gamble with the risk of him being unhappy playing here.

The truth is only times stars are traded teams over pay like Rudy Gobert which would have been a horrible fit here. Or the players are so crazy that there former teams have to get rid of them like Kyrie or Harden. Or they demand to be traded to a certain team like Kevin Durant.
