Chet Holmgren is LEGIT. I know it’s summer league but this guy has been amazing

Chet has a higher floor than people gave him credit for imo. He’s a plus shooter with great length.
The most important thing about him though is that he is coachable and loves the game.
Who knows if he will ever improve his weight? But he is long, skilled and has good bbiq and work ethic for his age.

Kinda looks like a decent "stretch 5" doesn't he ?? Blocks out on the boards & serious rim protector. I think playing with Timme & Gonzaga may have kept folks from realizing just how good this guy might end up being.

Come on now, let’s not pretend that if Dyson Daniels comes out and does 85% of what Chet is doing that you wouldn’t be ecstatic.

Trey and Jose both showed out and by the end of the season showed they absolutely belong in the league and then some.
I’ll even admit that I was someone that questioned whether Jose’s hide-in-the-corner routine would be a SL gimmick only to watch him use it masterfully against a future hall of famer in the playoffs.
Where you have to watch out are guys that are scoring and performing in ways where the skills aren’t transferable. And I get that is subjective, but like Seth Curry back in the day for the Pels, when you see it you know
