@HPbasketball
NBA announces changes to League Pass. On top of standard option, a new team option just for all non-nationally-televised games & 1/2
@HPbasketball
2/2 NBA also announces a new single game option which allows you to pick one game a night on League Pass.

Per the NBA, League Pass won’t be offering the five-team option. Only full, team-by-team, or the single game nightly option.

That's fantastic. I mean, I was gonna by it regardless to see the Pels so they pretty much had me by the balls, so this means I get to save money.

Not that it affects me, but why not keep that option? Offering what you have plus more. Odd.

What do the prices look like on those plans? I wanna cut the cable and only use streaming services, the team option could be legit

That kinda sucks. I had the 5 team option this season and it was awesome.
I guess I'll just get the full thing this year.

Great news. hopefully, this ends my league pass nightmare with directv. all pelicans games have been blacked out here in Birmingham, but with no local option to watch.

Why can't you get FSNO in birmingham on DirecTV

You can, but if there are any games on national TV, which is about 5 nights a week, they black out games on the fox sports channels.

I mean unless you are going the total streaming option DirecTV is as option which is what the Birmingham guy brought up.
FSNO for most games. Then ABC, ESPN, TNT, or NBATV for any nationally picked up games.
I used to be in the situation where I couldn't get the COX Sports Broadcast and I was blacked out every other way. It was some ridiculous bull shite.
I am so glad they have FSNO.

I have fsno, but all games are blacked out. As are all pelicans games through league pass, pelicans games shown on nba tv and games shown on any other regional affiliate.
I have gotten about 20 different explanations from directv over the last 3 years, but no resolution.

This is going to be awesome, I had the full League Pass, but only used it to watch the Pels. Hopefully this saves some $$$.

Will it still be subject to local blackouts?
