No - his value in over-inflated bc he plays for a good team and he's been on TV for the last 2 months.

Always hate buying guys fresh of high amounts of exposure.

Right? It's not like he was the best player on the Pacers for the second half of the season or anything.

Not to be a hard arse, but any guy who blows in the ear of another guy deserves to be punched. I wish LeBron could have.

I like Stephenson, and I think he is a solid player, but this is not really a good point in his favor imo. The pacers fricking SUCKED after the ASG.

Talk shite all you want, but blowing in another dude's ear? Come on. What a douche.

This is his first year starting. He's a huge reason for the Pacers being where they are at. The guy had 3 triple doubles in like the first 2 weeks of the season-- people have been on him for awhile.

Who led the league in triple doubles? Not LBJ. Not Durant. Not Curry. Not Love. Not Westbrook. Feel me?

We are looking at a 23 y/o, versatile SG who can do it all. Not to mention he will be an All NBA defender and he shot almost 50% from the field.

His game is similar to Wade.

I am not saying he is Wade.

Just curious... in what way are you thinking they are similar? They both are tall, black, and play SG in the NBA? Stevenson should never be compared to Wade on the offensive end of the floor.

You can find a better comparison than a future Hall of Famer and one of the best SGs in NBA history.

Try a guy like Tony Allen or someone along those lines.

Good defenders who can guard 3 positions

Gets into the lane/rim with ease

Superior court vision

Superior strength and quickness

Superior handle for SGs

Modest mid range games

*Stephenson was the 3rd option on his team. He's not shooting the ball 20 times a game, so obviously his offensive numbers aren't going to compare to Wade, who had to carry his team for years. If Stephenson shoots the ball 20 times a game, he's going to score 20+, too.

I can't freaking stand him. He's one of the worst human beings ever. He is the only person in the nba that gets under my skin like this. Other than Tyler Hansbrough.

Not saying I would like Lance on the Pelicans, because we couldn't make him for right now anyway, but we need some personalities like that. AD is going to take some really hard fouls if for no other reason than he'll be the best guy on the floor 95% of the time. We need people to dissuade that. You think Tyreke is going to get in Dwight's face? Jrue? No. Nor should they. But Lance Stephenson is crazy enough to do it and I like that. We've been missing that for a while now.

Jason Smith can't be our only "enforcer" personality. And that's a stretch.
