I have Charter Cable which for some STUPID REASON DOES NOT CARRY NBA TV.

Does anyone has suggestions on how I can watch the Pelicans Pelicans games on NBA TV?

Online. There are package deals available for streaming.
Sling TV is always an option.

Or you could really half-arse it and watch it on the crappy streaming sites. Just make sure you have a solid ad-blocker

I'm actually looking for the same thing. I want to cut cable but this is one of the biggest issues I have. Antenna, and sling tv take care of just about everything else.
