Inexcusable Loss

Lose a home game to a team coming off a double ot game and sitting 3 starters. Even if those 3 players had played, we still have a significant talent advantage over the Mavs. Team has no heart and no desire to be a good basketball team without Daddy Monty to keep them in check.

Losses are the best thing for this team, as they expose Dell and Uncle Alroy.

I absolutely agree that this is an inexcusable loss. 100% agree.
These types of games happen several times every year in the NBA though. shite, we've competed with/beaten several teams in the past couple of years that we had no business beating considering our injury issues. Think of all the games that we won/barely lost when we were without AD last year. Or those types of games when we were without Gordon, Jrue, and/or Ryno.
We beat the clippers last year with a starting lineup of Reke, Gordon, Anderson, Cunningham and Asik.
We had a 4 game winning streak without Ryno or Davis.
This is still an inexcusable loss that sucked to watch, but this shite happens, and will continue to happen in the NBA.
Remember when the Spurs rested everyone both times against the Heat a couple of years ago and won 1 and sent the other one to OT (I think)?

quote:this and hopefully a high draft pick are the only way I can keep myself from just completely giving up on this team forever. Losing badly will force needed changes
