League Pass blacks out local games if you live in the viewing area right? Does that mean no Pelicans games or just no Joel and David?

Are getting season tickets an option for you?

If I lived in NOLA I probably would, but no way am I making that drive from BR 2 nights a week. People who do can claim to be a better fan than me and I won't complain.

Yeah League Pass Broadband blocks you from viewing local games, which means you wouldn't be able to watch the Pelicans at all. It's so dumb that they do this, I gladly would have bought the pick any 5 teams package last season if I would have been able to watch the Pelicans.

I think there is an internet only option for those cutting the cord.

League Pass in the viewing area means no Pels (unless you hide location or IP or whatever). This means no opponent's coverage either. It sucks. Wiziwig has good streams 9/10 times. Also Sling TV may have fox sports. Look into that.

Still won't get it if you are in the local market.

I did, no Fox Sports yet, and I'm thinking cord cutting won't be an option for me until they get Fox Sports. A la carte TV is getting closer, but still not there yet.

Anyone have any experience with ballstreams? Asking for different reasons, in a different media market.

I used ballstreams for this past season for the first time. No complaints.

It's all based on length you sign up for. I paid $40 for 100 days twice during the season. Or you can do $100 for the full season.

If you have Cox internet, you get the basic non-HD cable channels (channels 2-80something) and the digital local OTA channels for free. Just need a splitter to the TV. I watch Pels games like this.

For the 1st time in my life this past year, I managed to go to 2 Pels games within a 1 week span. I definitely understand that feeling.
