It's about guys not hustling and giving the right amount of effort. So who is he talking about and why do the same people start night in and night out

look, he came from GST where they get every fricking loose ball. I kinda trust him, cause Golden State has a different gear. He wants his guys to play like that

Maybe this team needs the paternal like nature that was Month and not the cool Uncle in Alvin. Our best players are guys with quiet demeanors (EG, AD, Reke, Jrue). The guy that was brought in to rustle some jimmies barely plays. Your voice can only carry so much power from the bench.

I am not saying that Alvin is a pushover, but his "I am one of the boys" like demeanor isn't good for this team.

Uncle Alvin hasn't been very nice recently. At some point, after two coaches and the same habits persist, you have to look at the roster IMO.

This just isnt working. Too many one way, streaky players that aren't complimentary to one another. I mean, if you had the chance to re-do the roster building, would anyone actually seek out the current roster we have and argue it is the best we could do??

This is why I think they're in the perfect situation right now. You've got two guys who are expiring and two others (Reke and Asik) that you'd be happy to be able to ship away. Their place in the standings right now is at the perfect spot to be able to stick in the top 10 of the draft, which we never thought would happen with AD on the roster.

Let's start looking to the future now and make some moves that will help us down the road. I don't think any of us really care about the 2015-2016 season anymore as far as playing to win now. I'm not one to advocate tanking, but trying to move these pieces now and experimenting with the roster will get us out of the mindset that this is our year.

If the goal is to win a championship that's not going to happen with the current roster we have right now. Simple as that. We need to make some moves and we need to do it soon because AD will be gone when his contract is up.

No, the perfect situation would be this start in last year's Western Conference. They are still only 4 games out of the 8 seed. Demps has to be thinking "If only I can get this team to the playoffs, maybe Curry gets injured and I'll luck my way into another year to vindicate my good decisions.", not "I really blew this, let me be classy and clean up as much as I can before they fire my arse."

Step 1: Trade Tyreke
Step 2: Let EG10 and Ryno's contract expire
Step 3: Get really lucky and draft Ben Simmons
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Championship
