Oh I agree. My point is that it's non-sensical to trade Boogie for the #2 pick at all. If you're going to get that pick you might as well get a superstar in return. Which is why I say Butler.

A. HELL NAH
B. AD and Boogie was working. Everyone with a brain knew there was going to be a tough adjustment period at first. We traded 3 of our 6 guards and added the best 5 in the league, thus completely changing the dynamics of this team. It took a few weeks, but they really started clicking in March, going 10-6. I think with a full off-season and TC together, we'll be even better than that.
We would have to give it atleast a year before we decided it wasn't working and give up on what could potentially turn out to be the best frontcourt in NBA history.
C. Even if we did end up trading Boogie, that is a horrible deal for us. We all laughed in shock at the deal Sacramento accepted for Boogie. Turning around and trading him for a package that includes a ridiculous contract like Deng or Mosgov would probably be an even worse return. And like TigerinATL said, AD and Boogie are great friends. You trade Boogie and AD isn't extending after his contract is up, unless the move makes us legit title contenders. If Boogie is here, I feel pretty confident that AD will extend.

Lol the Pels are not getting D Loading from us . You'd have to give up a 1st rounder or Anthony Davis.

Lakers get: Boogie, Asik
Pels get: Butler, RoLo, Deng
Bulls get: Mozgov, #2, and Pels 2018 1st
Throw in Russell to the Pels, and id do it in a heartbeat.
