To be fair, no where in the letter does it pledge support to Dell and Monty. What an incredibly misleading thread title.

It is true... never says they are coming back but instead only mention that he will do what ever to win

Unless the bottom falls out to start the season, Monty will finish his contract. I think they give him the benefit of the doubt with the way the team was hit with injuries but I think they dump him if there isn't marked improvement across the board next year. I don't think they are ready to rock the boat yet.
