Being better on the road vs home shows

A lack of discipline, desire, and killer instinct. Our killer instinct at home should be: no one comes into our house and wins games, period. Instead we chill and think it’s gonna be alright bc we got a “home crowd”. The lack of killer instinct is also clear at the end of games.
On the road, no choice but to lock in to the task, be together and play with an us against the world mentality.
At home: comfortable and relaxed and loss of focus results in sloppy play. It’s not just the last few games. It’s proven over the course of a whole year

This current team isn’t winning on the road either. Teams are locked in and physical, and Pels have folded like a cheap tent. No excuses. I said last night they might not when another game.

If its that much of a difference, this is not a serious team and I would make serious changes moving forward. No reason to lose focus when you’re trying to get playoff seeding.
