Even with the variable pricing, the lower bowl seats are too expensive for people to buy to watch the Hornets play the Clippers. You take those prices over 41 games, and they are not cheap. If you want to sit in those seats, you have to pick and choose what games you want to go to.

With that being said, the uppers were pretty crowded tonight. More so than the lower bowl, which is all they show on TV.

for someone so worried about the attendance, who actually lives in NOLA, maybe you should go to the game?

I'd be at 95% of the games if I didn't work 3-11 5 days a week.

I'd love to see ticket prices go down in the lower bowl. With beers being so expensive at games, I'm sure it would be worth it to fill more seats.

the ones that dont sell by gametime, they should be put for sale for upper's to upgrade to for a discounted price.

it would look better on TV, and would give people the opportunity to sit in those seats instead of them going to waste.

like set up a booth in the arena, half off to upgrade or something of that nature.

I just got my tickets on StubHub for the Jazz game on December 17th, $52.95 after all fees for 4 upper deck corner row 6 tickets.

Lot of empty seats but the crowd was enthusiastic. If you can't deal with the fact that Tuesday night games against the Clippers will be poorly attended until January, you're going to give yourself an ulcer.

I understand. I know it's going to be tough to get people in the arena for a couple more weeks. I was just simply stating that there weren't many people at the game.

No shite. Between my two sets of tickets, I have access to virtually every game. There are times I just can't make it.

I will say that strippers are very appreciative when you take them to a game.

I get all of the "it's tough to make every game stuff", but I still think we can do better than 12,000. 14,000 at least.

But such is life.
