yes it does
you can't go into STH manager and re print as a PDF? I forward tickets all the time like that

still not a reason not to renew but I would want clarity on that. If it's to ward off $2 tickets on resale those tickets are barely more than that to start with

It's just the value seats they are doing this to

That seems like a silly perk to take away.

Not if they feel Season Tickets are being devalued by everyone knowing they can get "$3 tickets" to most games. Take e-ticketing away from the low end and that drives up prices on StubHub.

One reason why I didn't renew is because I have the value seats in the balcony and next year those seats won't be able to be converted to e-tickets

i would call your rep again because i'm pretty sure that's not true.... i have value seats and almost positive i can still do that.

I don't know. I don't seem to have that problem.

I guess do a buyback through your rep for the game.

If I didn't live 2+ hours away I'd get season tickets. I think I should look to get one of those packages, maybe 8-12 games.

I agree. I have heard nothing about that. There are some really good values in the lower bowl this year as well. I contemplated moving to them to reduce my cost, but hated to give up my seats.

I sold tickets to 11 games this year and made about 80% of my ticket cost back this year (after StubHub fees.)

So, for the $2ish per seat for the other 31 games - yes, I renewed my seats.

And I got an Anthony Davis bobble head.

I gave up the best seats in the balcony, front row center court, to move down and I can tell you it's the best thing to do. Totally different experience down there

well worth the extra coin

How in the world did you do that? You must have pretty inexpensive season tickets. A lot of times, I have to give my tickets away as there is not value in selling them.

Damn, what 11 did you sell? The best 11? Because I was lucky to get half price on the ones I sold on stubhub

I don't think this thread went the way OP was hoping.

I didn't renew mine. Me and the wife love going, but we had our first child in Feb. Would be a little too difficult to make enough games with an infant in tow to make it worth our while. We'll probably just buy tickets to individual games next season and see how it works out. May look at the 12 game weekend package too.

As everyone might expect, I had to think long and hard about it. But finally I broke down and renewed.
