Not really Pelicans related, but it is a great video I stumbled across. Also this channel has some really interesting videos that are worth a watch if you are a basketball nerd or have time to kill. Just thought I would share for fellow PT people.

Why? Monty has drawn up some brilliant out of bounds plays this year.
it's probably the best thing he does as a coach.

Your right, every so often he will have one work. But that was beautiful ball movement and their off ball movements and screens looked so purposeful and useful and they resulted in getting guys wide open shots consistently, monty had us playing like that for only a couple games this year imo, Houston and Pistons

This video reminds me of how poorly Dell constructed this team more than anything else.

So you're blaming dell for a monty problem?
This plays extremely well when they share the ball and play transition.
The hawks have a coach that's 10x better than monty and actually draws up well exected plays on both sides. Monty has been awful with that among other things.
If we had a coach that can tailor his system to our players strength and calls fricking timeouts,youd see a huge difference.
Dell made the move for 2 solid wings at the cost of nothing. He's not perfect but he's not whats killing this team at the moment.
