I remember that someone on the Saints board posted all kinda crazy shite about about the number 44, being that it was Super Bowl 44 and how that it was destiny for the Saints to win it.

no doubt! It was a miserable loss. One that took 2 seasons to get over considering the outcome of the 2012 season.

This list is ridiculous. It has single year teams and full on like years of teams. Pick one.

2. 1958 LSU football

I have a friend whose Grandfather was on the that team. He gave his Championship watch (I believe they did watches instead of/and rings at that time) to my friend. It's pretty sweet.

About to say, 2011 Saints are probably the best team we've ever had.

Fall of 2011 was fun. First 2 weeks of 2012 were miserable.

I cringe every time I think of that SF playoff game. We had the Super Bowl in the palm of our hand. And the truly scary thing is that you don't have those opportunities very often.

This is so stupid. How many die hard NOLA fans can seriously name one player on this team?

Ummmmm, research that saints vs patriots MNF I believe. Most dominate performance I've ever seen a team of any sport play.

you really want to argue that this game was more dominant than this one?

You have to consider the respective opponets. The established Patriots vs the Curtis Painter-led Colts.

Curtis Painter.
