Phish would never open for WSP these days. Maybe if it was the early 90s.

People would be livid.

I wanted them incorporated but they didn't really fit with any other stage. I contemplated adding a folk/country stage, but decided against it since I didn't have a full list of people. That's why I just kinda tacked them on to the stage with the least bands at that point. I would like to add The Chambers to the list of local bands, though.

Not hating on those bands; was just curious as to the blues stage.

I do like the Louisiana stage idea. Id probably throw in something similar

Mine would not be run of the mill

Mew
dredg & Judgement Day
Hum
Opeth
Devin Townsend Project
Veto
Circa Survive
DeVotchKa
Dub Trio
Murder By Death
Sigur Ros

Each band would play a full set, none of that 35 minute crap that most festivals throw out.

Yea... I understand it would never happen for a number of reasons, but I think it would be a badass concept. Maybe if you could just convince the phanners that Phish just has the early time slot and they are not actually "opening" for Panic

I'd have it in BR out in the ag field by the levee.

Turnpike Troubadours
American Aquarium
Joe Pug
John Moreland
Austin Lucas
Caleb Caudle
Cory Branan
Jason Isbell

Do it over the course of two days so each act could play a nice, extended two hour set.

Since I will have died of a heart attack, my first year lineup would probably be something like:

Jimi Hendrix
Stevie Ray Vaughan
Roy Buchanan
Rory Gallagher
Alvin Lee
Johnny Winter
Gary Moore

And that would just be the guitar hero stage.
