Talked to T Ham about that Radiohead 06 Bonnaroo show last week after his BR show.

Were you one who was yelling out "T Ham" during the American Babies set? Lol.

I regret skipping JRAD Trrr.

Panic was great? I'm not sure what other music you listen to but Saturday night was far from great. Solid Panic show? Sure was. Jimmy shredded? You bet. Did I have fun? Maybe so, maybe not. But this band is a few years away from opening for the Zach Brown Band or the Florida Georgia Band. It's good ole boy southern rock. But it's not the best of whats around. Tedeschi Trucks or Gov't Mule are much better than Panic.

Both sets started hot then fizzled soon there after. How the fk do they not play Arleen? When are they gonna step to the plate and do a three set Halloween? There is not one lick of funk anywhere near that band. They only thing widespread was the audience feet cemented to the arena floor. An arena 80% full. Phish sells that place 360. Panic is on the down, have been for years (nod to not selling out the last Kiefer Nolaween). Duane Trucks tries really hard to push the tempo but no one else can keep up. I would suggest to Trucks to start a JRAD cover band because he's got the pace down. I don't ever want to hear "WSMFP was a dance party and I raged so hard." Maybe thats cause your mind was so altered you could have been 'having a good time' at a Chuckie Cheese Puppet Band show.

Don't give some bs how amazing Panic playing to their location prancing out the same fiddle player Friday and Saturday. Everyone there had to google "who plays fiddle in Asheville." Bring out the horns if you're not afraid they'd steal the show.

don't panic.

Interesting insight,

And this is spot on regarding that genre:

saw WSP Halloween in 2008 and 2013. The 08 show wasn't bad, but my jah that 13 Set II was painfully boring.

Agreed. I was there and was checking my watch every five minutes.
