I received mine last week. They came in an unmarked envelope, thankfully I open all mail that arrives. My wife, on the other hand, may have ripped and thrown.

Who gets the mail and immediately rips up envelopes all willy nilly when it's not 100% obviously junk mail.

i emailed them and they sent me back that they are on the way but couldnt track it.
I will give it a week tops bf I start contacting them trying to get everything resolved.

you really get enough junk mail, or worry enough about anthrax to shred any nondescript envelopes you receive without opening? it takes what, 4 seconds to open and see if its junk?

they were in the mailbox... i think bc the envelopes were so small i never saw the two envelopes
