What was the big music festival that was supposed to be in BR in 2006?

I remember there was a ton of talk and they would add artists every few days. Then out if nowhere, it was canceled.

I forgot what it was called but it was only announced about six weeks before it was supposed to happen and I think was cancelled because they never got the right permits. It was gonna be in some random field in St Gabriel. Big and Rich were the country headliners and Violent Femmes were the rock headliners. It was a pretty weak lineup overall.
