Weird Love Songs

I got sucked into a mess of the non-traditional love songs this morning for the holiday and have to give a call out to the classic "Wheres Eddie" by Lulu
The song itself, not THAT strange but the fact that it was written by the late, great Eddie Hinton from the perspective of a girlfriend that had done him wrong and realized the error of her ways always makes me smile. I mean, the psychology of actually penning that song and not even changing your name...
what do you say MB members, what are the love songs that have a curveball or perspective you find unique and strange?

Escape (The Pina Colada song)-Rupert Holmes
I got tired of my old lady, so I attempted to meet a stranger from the newspaper to cheat on her. When I went to meet the stranger, I learned that my old lady was looking to cheat on me via the same news paper add. We laughed about it. The End.
Despite being catchy as all hell. That aspect always creeps me the frick out.

Benny Mardones - Into The Night. Creeper dude all up on a 16 year old girl.
Rem - The One I Love. It's really a brutal song. "This one goes out to the one I love. A simple prop to occupy my time."

If you are looking for weird love songs, I can't think of a better album than the Magnetic Field's 69 Love Songs. Definitely some filler on a triple album with 69 songs, but it also has some beautiful (and offbeat) love songs.
absolutely cuckoo

i think i need a heart
