You could check out Chris Stapleton's, the lead singer/songwriter, new solo album Traveler. It'll be at or near the top of every country year end list come January.

Yeah, that's how I found the Steeldrivers. Stapleton has a great voice. Saw him at the Firebird in STL. Awesome.

They are so unique, it's gonna be hard to find something comparable.
They are still a group but Gary Nichols is the new frontman and holds his own pretty as well as Stapleton's replacement. They just released a new album a few months back.
