Ocean Springs just constructed a new beachfront venue as well. MS is really stepping up its live music game.

spent many teenage Summers in Gautier hanging out at The Point, Hickory Hills CC, skiing the Pascagoula River, and fishing near the Graveline Rd areas. Lots of great memories in the early/mid 80's. Best friend at that time went on to be the Student Body President at Ole Miss and is now a prominent attorney in Alexandria, VA.

once upon a time, in a galaxy far far away, New Orleans had an open air amphitheater. From the upper seating area you could look out over the river and over the quarter and downtown New Orleans. It hosted major touring acts such as The Beach Boys, Neil young, Charlie Daniels, Loretta Lynn, Gordon lightfoot, Elvis costello and dozens more

World’s Fair? Which is now the aquarium?
Someone needs to develop an open air amphitheater on the northshore of lake pontchartrain.
