Anyone been to this place? I never heard of it. Show was originally going to be a Gasa Gasa, but was moved.

It is on St. Claude Ave.

TIA

It's a tiny place. Looks like it used to be a house. You will be parking in someone's front yard.

Unfamiliar with that group, but Siberia is a small venue that typically hosts metal type bands. Crowd is sorta like a group of extras from a Mad Max movie. Its safe, but its different.

The Ocean can be considered Prog Metal. Really good band that just isn't popular here. I'm looking forward to the small venue. Hate it for the band because I know they play bigger places.

I think The Ocean is great! That’s said, their latest album is the weakest IMO. Let us know how the show goes. Sounds like a blast in that small venue.

Siberia is a small dive but occasionally gets really good bands. Crowd is mixed and can be rowdy but inconsistent. Emporium bar and arcade next door is a really fun spot. Hi-Ho is also right there which also has bands, and I think Always Lounge across the street has karaoke. So, it’s a fun area for bar hopping, but keep your head on a swivel.

Lots of good pop-up street food venders right there too. That’s the area where a lot of New Orleans alternative musicians hang out.

Really appreciate the summary and heads up. Looking forward to seeing this. Set list looks solid, even with the new album. I agree with the poster above, new album is good, but one of the weaker ones.
