What's the deal with these guys? Where do they get the tanks? Are they dangerous? I've seen flyers from them before. Is it legal?

I think you go to a gas store put a deposit down and fill the tank like you would any other gas. Some places it's legal to buy nitrous, now the selling of it as a drug is not legal i'd imagine.
