Airing again tonight.

I somehow didn't know this existed. I watched it last night and enjoyed it. You get a whole lot from Richard which is priceless. A little from from Alpert, Paul Williams, Burt Bacharach and Petula Clark.

I don't know what that is, but if it's not Karen, I don't care.

I'll have to watch that. Karen was/is a national treasure. I'd listen to her voice over any other female voice in music history. Flawless.

i remember watching a movie about them a long time ago. It really is a shame that she died the way she did.

Why couldn't Karen Carpenter sell her house?

It didn't have a kitchen.

I never realized until this show that most of those songs were done in a very short period of time. Pretty much all of the big ones were on 5 albums from 70 to 73.

I generally don't watch a documentary more than once or twice. I've watched this one 4 times. We are very lucky Richard agreed to be so available and open.
