What's impressive is he gets that galloping triplet feel with just two fingers. Takes some real endurance. Easier using three. Steve is a beast.

Lots, but it’s a distinct feature in metal.
Metallica uses it on songs like Motorbreath, Disposable Heroes, Damage Inc.
