I recorded all of these. I have never heard of Les until tonight but I enjoyed the bits and pieces I saw of Always for Pleasure. It is always so surreal seeing such detailed footage of New Orleans from the 1970's.

I am looking forward to checking the rest out. Any suggestion on which one I should start with?

My first time seeing all of them too. Enjoying them all. The ones about Cajun food started at 10 pm. They are catching, killing and eating everything! I wish they'd had them on this afternoon because I'm getting hungry. They have Cajun music playing while they cook, so there's still some music in them.
