Some Classic Techno Tunes from Back in the Day

I have never been a huge fan of techno but I recall in my younger years (1996-2005) hearing several techno tracks that I really enjoyed (Some of them could be described as quasi cheesy).
Problem is, I don't know the names of the artists or the tracks so it's difficult to locate them.
I am requesting the techno aficionados to possibly provide some of the most popular techno/dance tracks from around ten years ago.

I had a burned CD in college I made labeled "Techno Garbage".
