PSA to all vinyl collectors...

Over the last year, MOFI, or Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, began releasing Direct Metal Master reissues of extreme high quality albums.

This mastering process basically cuts out 2 of the transfers that usually occur during the stamping process from original master tape to the record you eventually play, resulting in a final copy that is about as close to the master as can be.

6 months ago, Santana Abraxis was done.
3 months ago, the Bill Evans Trio was done.
Now, Donald Fagan "the Nightfly" is being done.

While these issues are $100, they are selling on eBay for $500+ as they are limited to 3000 pressings. They will sell out quickly.

The Bill Evans Trio is sold out pre order, hasn't been released yet, and is already selling for $500...
