Their album "Muchacho" was suggested to me on Spotify. I listened to the first song and was hooked immediately. Downloaded the deluxe album and have been listening since.

Also, downloaded the "Live at the Music Hall". Great live album.

Can't believe I've missed out on this band for years. Really good music if you're looking for something new to listen to.

Yes. Muchacho didn't leave my heavy rotation for like 6 months. Still love that album. Great band.

Saw them at gretna fest last year. Yes, I said gretna fest. Hahaha

They played in front of 50 people tops. Still brought it. "Song for zula" is great.

Love them/him. Check out the "To Willie" album. Great album of Willie Nelson covers.

Definitely not!

Would welcome any suggestions along the same lines.

Loved the album "Into the Wide" by Delta Spirit as well. Might be my favorite album from 2014.

Some others you might like:

Strand of Oaks, War on Drugs, Lord Huron, The National, Will Oldham, Middle Brother, Deer Tick, Dawes, Band of Horses.
