Burt probably thinks this is better

I had a great time. Being For the Benefit of Mr Kite was a heady selection. The production as a whole was very impressive with the massive lighting rig, LED floor, and pyrotechnics during Live and Let Die. Paul's energy for a 72 year old is unparalleled. You could tell he was happy to return here as he said Who Dat and lagniappe, and told stories about Mardi Gras and recording Ebony and Ivory in NOLA at Allen Toussaint's studio. He also jammed a little Foxy Lady before sharing his memories of Jimi Hendrix during the height of the 60s.

Most successful musician of the 20th century, brah. STATS

And anyways, it will probably be a personal best because I've been a fan since I was really young, and it was surreal to be at the show of one your favorites. And after all, music tastes will always be subjective. There are two groups of people - guys who like the Beatles/Paul, and the ones you don't. There's nothing wrong with being part of a small minority

Stones had to use a Paul co-written song to gain relevance in the early 60s. Don't remember the Fab 4 having to use a Jagger-Richards composition

Point beatles

There's another thread for Stones vs Beatles. Also not sure how you can be "rolling on the floor laughing" about that statement as it seems to be quite popular.

I'll pay top dollar to see the legendary nostalgiac acts. Whatever, it is cool to see the people you grew up listening to. I am not going with expectations to have my mind blown by Type II jamz all night. David Bowie will go on world tour next year and I will also see him.

I would've gone to see Paul if I was going to be in town. There's no denying that The Beatles are probably the most popular band of all time. But they never remotely rocked as hard as the Stones did.

Old nostalgia acts are refreshing to see. Look at Willie Nelson, the man can barely talk but I didn't miss any of his set
