New Mark Knopfler Privateering Album Great!

Mark Knopfler has always been one of my favorite guitarists. His solo work is incredibly solid. Should be considered as one of the all time greatest alt-country musicians.

Ya and Knopfler has more than one solo album as well. I'm not sure there is many greater guitar solos than his work on Sultans of Swing from Alchemy. For those that haven't heard

after looking at allmusic.com the LAST album Knopfler released was privateering, Sept, 2012... not new by any stretch

Didn't notice the release date was 2012. Saw the album on iTunes as a new release.

I like this one too as well as several other of his 17 solo projects. Knopfler and Chet Atkins Neck and Neck

The Knopfler and Emmylou Harris collaboration is really good too as is the Dire Straits/Knopfler Private Investigations album.
