This morning I read the OP as Derek Trucks and was like "damn, that mother fricker can play the drums too". Just realized my failure.

Also, Fishman is one of the top 100 drummers according to Rolling Stone's list from back in the day (admittedly, he's in the 90s). He's also been on the cover of Modern Drummer. Fishman is pretty well respected in the drumming community.
I'm not even really a Phish fan anymore, but to say that Fishman is a crap drummer is ridiculous.
