Great list. I'd add the following as well:

Christmas Canon - Trans Siberian Orchestra (non rock version). very pretty version of this classic with a great version on YouTube that has various Christmas light shows in the video.

Handel's Messiah (Hallelujah) - all time legendary Christmas/Easter hymn. Type in "Handel's Messiah or hallelujah random acts of culture Philadelphia" on YouTube and be prepared to get goosebumps. Awesome!!!

O' Holy Night - versions by either Mariah Carey or Vanessa Williams. Both are incredible.

Very true. I love the Mormon Tabernacle Choir version. Really, most of their Christmas songs are pretty amazing.

That was amazing. I think I am more blown away that a department store has a Moeller Theatre Organ installed in it. How cool is that?

To be honest with you I had heard of them but don't really know any of their music. I know they do rock versions of a lot of songs but the version I'm referencing isn't rock. It's a beautiful cello/harp/orchestral version of "Christmas Canon" with a children's choir singing. There are several videos of this version all over youtube.

I realise TSO has a rock version but this is actually the only song of theirs I'm familiar with.

Vince G's Charlie Brown Christmas
Nat King Cole's Christmas Album
Almost any version of O Holy Night
and these two:
1. Just because it's Advent and this is my favorite.

2. And this because it is the real one.

It's catchy but doesn't stand up well over time at all, musical junk food.

Great album, but it does not have his rendition of "Oh Holy Night" which is incredible.

The Kinks - Father Christmas

This was a solid recommendation. I had never heard it before. It has solidified itself on my X-mas playlist!

There are five Christmas albums that come to mind that I think are straight-up legitimately good albums:
