For me its Take It To The Limit by the Eagles. That song came out in late 1975, I'm 38 btw. I can remember Dad putting the record on and I would sit and watch it spin. Weird how stuff like that sticks with you always.

That's a long time ago, but I there's Folsom Prison Blues, Big River and for some reason, these two come to mind.

Running Bear

Red Roses for a Blue Lady

Of course that is not counting for the songs I learned at Sunday school, such as Jesus Loves Me and such.

apparently when I was 4 years old I would run around the house yelling the wrong lyrics to this song. And yeah, it's the first song I "remember" from childhood

Haha, this brought back some memories. Mine is 'Who are you' by The Who. I remember riding in the truck with my dad on the way to our hunting camp for the weekend. This song would come on an I'd sing "neeeeew Orleans.." instead of "whooo are you". I'd look over and he'd just have the biggest smile. Good times!

The Devil Went Down to Georgia - The Charlie Daniels Band

I remember riding with my maw maw and paw paw, and asking them to play the one cassette I loved with this song. It had some other classic country on it too.

I can't specifically put my finger on it, but it's got to be one of the following:

"Hey Jude"--The Beatles (The "Naaaa naa naa nanana naaaaa--Hey Jude" is what I remember most)

"Saturday in the Park"--Chicago

"Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast"--Wayne Newton

But I think it's one of the first two.
