Looks like the River Center is trying to get back into the concert bizzness

ZZ Top and Boz Scaggs coming up. I sure hope so cuz I'm tired of driving to N.O.. The Centroplex was the shite back in the 70's/80s.

I thought that was the golden age of the PMAC? I know the Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd all played there in the mid to late 70s.

They need to get on that shite, pronto.
I'm tired of having to miss out on weeknight concerts because I don't feel like driving an hour down to New Orleans for an eight o'clock show that lasts two to three hours. If you live in the New Orleans Metro then that's great, but anyone coming from out of town is looking at getting home around midnight. No thanks.

1. Yes. AT LEAST one a year. May not quite be every 6 months. I mean if it keeps doing numbers why not?
